Dr. Jenkins is a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. He completed his residency at the Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Fort Gordon, Georgia. He was on active duty in the US Army until 1991, when he joined our medical group. He also served in the Gulf War as a physician.

His medical interests include sports medicine, cardiac stress testing, office surgery, and quality improvement in health care. He currently lives in Vienna with his wife and two children.
